Alpha 19x9 Fragmentation Bugs
« on: September 20, 2016, 11:42:03 AM »
So I've been scrutinizing the new fragmentation feature and here are a few things I've found.
I've put a stil moon next to the earth and at first many small fragments appeared and I stopped.
Then, a split second later, some very large fragments suddenly appeared and I stopped again.
When I continued, they suddenly turned into objects and just spun in place, without doing anything for
a couple of seconds, until they crashed.

Another thing I've noticed, when launching the moon at the earth at 100 km/s is, that
the fragments, that come out of the collision have way too much mass.
I launched the moon at the earth with 83 moon masses and when it collided the total simulation mass just jumped to 130 moon masses. Also, the moon fragments appear way too big, as you can see in the screenshot.

Just spawn Saturn, then any object very close to it, this object doesn't get destroyed (unless you tidaly lock him)
