User object (Saved planet) changes after spawning.
« on: August 04, 2015, 08:52:30 PM »
Hello, I've recently downloaded Universe Sandbox 2 and toying around many of the simulations...
during one of 'em (Earth + 75 moons) I found a pretty neat moon with purple atmosphere and brown land, so I decided to save it by going to the actions tab.

But then, later, I decided to spawn it, and instead of being the moon I knew and loved, a moon with blue atmosphere and some pretty strange, stretched terrain appeared.

Thinking it might have been an issue with the moon itself, i moved on, and saved another moon that I liked.
I spawned it time later, with the same results. A random atmosphere color and the weird terrain (whose color also had changed)...

Then again, I experimented to see if it was a recurrent issue or a temporal problem. I restarted my Mac, spawned a random exoplanet, saved it, and added it to the game several times. The results were amazingly the same. Random and sometimes absent atmosphere, all sharing the same warped terrain.

I attached the images of the issue to the post...

Saving and loading doesn't work fully at the moment. We had to temporarily disable it while going through some major code changes. We're working on restoring the functionality in the next update.

After that, user created objects should work as intended, as well as being able to save and load entire simulations. (the two systems are linked)
