since im not sure ill have acsess to paint or any image editing program, or maybe even a computah!, i'm giving any resources i gain in the next 11 days to bla for development/defense/attacking and our sikkrit plan and i'll expect some back if bla has any resources left after going on a wild spending spree! I also give bla those regions that i was not supposed to take according to sikkrit plan

bla kan also develop my cities? if he wants to ( meaning he's nawt too lazy to)
