The extractor at your sea base was an error. I thought I deleted it though.
Our colors are very close to each other. I might have to change the colors for the next game, maybe.

It means I'm simply powerful enough to tell you to stop developing mostly our border and gathering resources rather than developing your nation or improving technology. :)
You'll want to have very good relations with the RGB alliance. If you do not stop your armament next round, I'll develop the artillery base.

So you can develop your northern side next turn (bordering Naru), but you can't develop your nation, because I demand you to stop it? :P
I'll make a clear demand now: Do not develop any city to more than one level above any enemy city bordering it. Do not stockpile more than 150 resources until round 15.
Breaking the demand will be answered with developing the artillery base and any harsher responses I may find appropriate. >:D
