Atomic has overspent by 29. I thought it wasn't possible, but the rules use the term 20% more than your income, not income after tech, so it should be valid. I've checked the round and here's the scoreboard for round 13.

whatever i'll deal with it but bla can you walk me through why it was so fucking much? i originally calculated leaving 3 resources left but then realized i counted the first zone i took as 1 instead of 5 so then it's overspend by 2

i budgeted for getting the extractor territory

but i upgraded an extractor i already had by "accident" aka i had done it in another plan but forgot to remove it
