Cut, Copy and Paste are very glitchy
« on: August 12, 2014, 06:48:30 AM »
As for me, these operations are impossible. :-[

Whenever I cut something, the object disappears, and it's impossible to paste anything.

For copying is worse. Pressing the copy button doesn't have any problem, but everything goes wrong when pressing paste.
Most of the times, the copied object, the original, disappears, and nothing is pasted. Other times the object gets pasted normally. And other times, a "ghost" version of the object is pasted (this is the worst effect).
These "ghosts" have these properties:
- They are not simulated, and do not add up to the total body count.
- They are "transparent", other objects can go though them as if they do not exist.
- They persist in the game world even if creating a new simulation.

I am going to attach a pair of images. I'd like to ask if someone has the same problems with this functionality, or it's only me. I wanted to ask this here first, because I find this bug difficult to describe accurately.

SORRY :-[ Forgot to describe the images!
In the first there is a normal Mercury (left) and a ghostly Mercury (right). They overlap without collision. And the total body count stated by the app is 1, not 2!
In the last there are three ghostly rocky Jupiters, if you look closely the numbers at the bottom, the body count is zero.
