Binary System Crashes + Auto orbit confusion
« on: June 06, 2014, 01:26:02 PM »
I'm trying to make a binary star system with planets recently but when i try to do that the game crashed or when the other star is infront of the main parent star of that planet the auto orbit stops working and the planet is wandering further and further away. Can this be fixed?

Pause the simulation, put the two stars at the center, click binary orbit, then place a planet around them. Select the planet and change it's parent body to "Barycenter". This should work, more or less. If you want I can give you a tutorial on he to make binary moons around a planet.
