Title: Cannot Run Universe Sandbox

I recently purchased a copy of Universe Sandbox (US) and loaded in an 4-day old clean installation of Windows 8.1 Pro x64.  When I attempt to run US, I'm told I need to install .NET 2 or 3.  I have .NET 4.5.1 installed and verified.  What do I do?

Uninstall Windows 8.1, this update slow computers, or install direct X, and if it doesn't work, contact Dan here : http://www.universesandbox.com/contact/default.htm

You may need to enable .NET 2. Having .NET 4.5.1 is not enough. Here are a couple of websites that explain how to enable .NET 2 (For Windows 8 and 8.1 enabling .NET 3.5 includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)
