Title: I need help with my purchase.

I brought Universe Sandbox 2  yesterday 03/04/2015 (British date) and it took money out of my mom's account but no steam key was sent to me... I have all the proof for it as a bank transaction came up on my mom's Paypal but no key was sent to me at phieeverill@outlook.com :( :((( Please could someone help or I've just lost $25 for nothing :( :( :(
