Beta 5 is out.
Just run your installed copy of the beta to update.
Please let us know what do you think of the new tutorial?
Thanks!

YAHOO! BETA 5! Sorry, I got a little crazy. I just said that to my mom right now.
-
Great, the new pictures of the systems in the menu are awesome. :)
-
Nice. I like the tutorial !
-
But those pictures of those systems squashes the menu, and the tutorial doesn't explain everything.
-
The tutorial explains a lot to new persons who don't know how to use the program and use it for the first time. :)
-
Moved the tutorial discussion here:

Please provide critical feedback.

I released Beta 5a today.
It has some minor tweaks to the tutorial and most importantly it fixes a problem with a new batch of beta codes that I sent out to the teachers from the WSTA Conference (the science teacher conference).
Please let me know if you have any problems updating.
Thanks!

Doesn't update? Says it's up to date.
-
What version are you running?
You can click on "Settings" and the version number will be at the bottom of the page.
You can also click on "More..." to get to the old menu and click on "Check for Updates"
-
1.0.604.0
-
Oooh, that's not version 2, so it can't update to the beta 5a.

Ummm... No one has version 2. It's not out yet. One month.
-
Yes, you have it right now, it's called Version 2 Beta 5a.
-
It shouldn't be 1.0.604.0, but 2.0.###.5a
-
You mean..my version broke? D:
When I open it..at the top it says Universe Sandbox - Beta 5
-
Version 2 Beta 5a is the same as 1.0.604.0
You've got the latest version.
-
So...what is different in 5a ?
-
5a fixed a licence code problem and there was a slight change to the tutorial verses to beta 5.
And deoxy99, you were very right to be confused as we're using two different numbering systems.
-
Well, I thought it was supposed to be 2.05a or something like that. Now I know.
