Reinstalling Universe Sandbox

My hard drive crashed and I'm now in the process of reinstalling all my software.  I saved the registration link/info that was sent when I purchased Universe Sandbox but all my saved emails were lost in the crash.  I sent an email to the email address listed here requesting the registration info again, but have never received an answer.  Is there another way I can request it?  I don't want to purchase it again, especially when I will (gladly) have to buy Universe Sandbox 3 in the (hopefully) not too distant future.

I believe the email listed for my account here is <removed> but <removed> can also be used.

And yes, I checked my junk folders every day, but the response wasn't in there.
