protip: delete the cache so that the mod size is about 50% smaller when uploading

oh right i forgot the changelog

-moved starrie to eastern europe
-moved 3 starrian vassals lumein vatallus seraphia
-devassalized them
-added 7 more kallistoan nations
-created 4 events
*charisma will increase relations with all kallistoan nations by 50
*alliance will create alliances with all kallistoan nations
*vassalization will vassalize all kallistoan nations
*kallisto will inherit all kallistoan nations

oh yeah and there was a problem with the events so the fixed ones are below i'll merge them into the narmod

hey i have an idea
teleport the HRE to over all of kiplands so he doesn't have to have all of these events and the severely weakened HRE will no longer be a rump
