Question about Planet Bump Maps
« on: November 21, 2012, 06:08:51 PM »
Now I know that if a model has a file extension of .xcf or something like that it can be used as a model for Universe Sandbox. But can you apply a planet bump map to a planet in Ubox? Or apply one to a sphere in a modeling software and put it on a planet? (This question is directed to anyone who can provide an answer.) Thank you for replying.

Universe Sandbox 2 does not support bump or normal maps. The engine is capable of this, but support was never added to the simulator.
