<15C(55F for me)
>33C(90F for me)
I hate the hot by the way.
15C is the lowest temperature I can withstand wearing a shirt. I wouldn't mind being in a colder temperature.

Depends on what I'm doing and the wind. If I'm cycling to school I usually roll up my sleeves and pants if it's above 5-10° C, and I usually wear extra clothes if it gets below 0° C.
...But if I'm standing still or walking around at 5° C I might freeze, and if it's windy 10° C can easily feel cold.

As for hot I definitely don't prefer temperatures above 25° C. ~22° C seems like a good room temperature imo.

i like phoenix
like everyone seems to be cold at 16C wtf
yet i only start feeling cold-ish at like <9C and now i really wanna experience -C temps (now anyways, it seems to shift month-by-month)

also in comparison to tuto, 12-13 C is where i begin to wear a shirt
more than a shirt is like 8-9C

What the heck? What are your friends from, the Arctic?
Though, I find 85 or higher uncomfortable for me, so I guess I have to consider myself an Eskimo.

0C to 41C is balanced? :P
like, it changes from ice-cold to boiling hot in one year
balanced isn't something like 0C-10C, 10C-20C
or 20C-30C? (like here? :P)

10C? I never have seen this here. The lowest that I managed to see was 12C in a very cold night (around 2~3h)
Normally the low is 17
Only in the winter we get the very cold (13C)
