Product Key Missing

I just purchased Universe Sandbox for my son (his dad has it on his computer and loves it).  However, I did not receive a product key -- <removed> is my sons email and I paid and used my email <removed> on Paypal -  - July 13, 2012 .  I confirmed that it was purchased when I tried to repurchase and it told me that I had already purchased it.  Is the product key on my receipt?  Can you please email it to me?  Thanks

I have a similar issue. I purchased Universe Sandbox....must have been over a year ago....but I've since moved to a new PC and don't recall any product key, and can't see anywhere in the program to enter one even if I did have it. Do I have a product key...and if so can it be sent to my email again. Also where would I enter it anyway.

My pretty old key is missing, too! If sent a message via the contact formular 2 or 3 days ago. But this computer I'am on has a very, very unreliable internet connection so I'm not sure if you received it.
I woud wait, but it woud be urgent till tomorrow
