d. probably. These are stars just before they can't hold themselves anymore and explode. They have existed for billions of years bfore now.

Without knowing much about the others, I must say Mercury.
If the others aren't fictive exoplanets, I assume we don't have good enough technology for discovering planets at the size of Mercury yet (if they aren't extremely close to the star).
