How to change the date of simulation to a specific date?

So When I load the Our Solar System Sim. I start up at 2008-01-01. I want to change the date of the simulation to 2012-04-15 22:00 or something like that. Going fast forward and then stopping at the specific date is kinda pain in the bum. Played around with this for a while, but still didn't figure out how to change the simulation straight away from 2008 to 2012

you need to edit the xml file
