Such an amazing EPIC overhaul.   :D

I have a question, I know it's not regarding to the sun but for planets, Will there be any form of animation? Like for example, a cloud map on a planet that moves when you look at it?

If in-game the sun textures are just pictures I won't be impressed. I'm really hoping they have animations.

Yes. We're evening talking about differential rotation on the cloud maps. Well I am and so is Eric. Georg (who would be implementing that feature) hasn't chimed in yet. :) Either way... we already have rotating cloud maps, how much more advanced they become before the release is still up in the air.
