Material water turn into ice.

Does anyone else have the bug where after shooting water from materials makes a expanding ice sheet from where it lands on the planet?

Water would turn into ice if the localized surface of the planet is below 0 degrees Celsius. It could possibly be a bug if the localized part of the planet freezes above 0 degrees Celsius.
