Composition of Enceladus

When I look into composition in Enceladus it indicates 10% iron and 90% silicate.  Why does it indicate 0 kg of water? What am I missing?

Water at that temperature causes the planet to be completely white/gray, while they likely have an actual texture they are using so they don't want it covered with white. Same for Europa, I think the same is the case for it.
