I have like 2 Hidden Toolbars i never use. There is nothing but a search bar and tabs on my Internet Explorer. Internet explorer still has those buttons, and so does Firefox. i just choose to disable them unlike all those shopping moms.
I know it is possible to do in the new versions of IE.
There's another reason why it is space inefficient - it keeps the window line at the top unused for tabs or anything, but only lets it have those three window buttons.
I see it also has an option for the favorite bar, which is designed like Chrome's bookmark bar. But back when I changed to Chrome one of the reasons was because of the ridiculous sidebar for bookmarks, taking a lot of the website space.
They may have improved what made me change to Chrome, but I wouldn't bother coming back, simply because I've gotten used to the look of Chrome. And Chrome is still noticeably faster.
Your screen size might be different.
Computers may have different speeds, therefore, the speed of a browser doesn't matter. Or what?
