Lol,  I call BS though as the splash doesn't look quite right and what's with the fog? 

Still, just as strange things have happened with  cars.

That and it looks like its throwing chunks of dirt when it bounces and the shallow end of the pool looks intact.

I also had the feeling I had seen it before, like a movie effect in a tornado movie
