Housing
Housing is provided based on needs and plans, and you can basically choose to live anywhere. (this is really bad but um i might work it out better later)
Internet
Free access to internal Amalthean International Network (AIN) as well as the international public internet is available to everyone as they all have Personal Handheld Multi-Devices issued by the Soleani government. This is also available to everyone visiting SKA, and in fact the PHMs are mandatory as they contain your passport. PHMs are returned if you leave the country (as a visitor in SKA).
Education
Education is provided through the AIN on PHMs. The AIN contains a directory of inventions, processes, and anything like that which may be useful for means of production, personal or otherwise, and for other personal purposes. (Example: How a transistor works, how to build a transistor, current uses of transistors... Gravitation, Laws of gravitation, formulae involving gravitation... Algebra, Calculus, etc.,....)
Transporation
Monorails can be boarded by scanning the barcode with your PHM when entering (for tracking usage/traffic purposes). Many different monorail lines run through the nation (and even into eastern WAP and all of NP), guaranteeing fast travel in western Amalthea.
Food
Food "rations" are allotted to people and tracked with the use of PHMs. You are allowed certain amounts of food groups with personalized plans (biological as well as what you prefer to eat) which can be traded out by request.
