I doubt it'll happen. If none of you pirated the game, how can they prove you did it? And think of the number they would have to sue and send to jail... Kol, then their prison population would be 80% instead of the already impressive world record of 0.743%.

It should all work out if you haven't pirated.
Do you actually have Spore? Could Prove you've have no reason to download it if you have a legit copy.
Not really sure though but I'm trying to see if I can help.
