Camera/Graphics Issues

Not sure if this goes in the general discussion or help but here goes anyway

When i try to film a body (a star usually) from a planet, i have to set the camera to turn horizonally left or right so i can keep the star in sight all the time. However, this leads to the star being very jumpy and movements are very jagged and unsmooth.

I record using Fraps.  The in-game movie recorder never really works for me.

yes, this problem happened while using fraps. It also happens when i'm not recording at all sometimes.
