Can I create my own planets?And on youtube videos recorded by other people have much better graphics quality than mine how do i fix that?

If you mean giving your planets a custom texture (how it looks on the surface), you can place a .png, .jpg or .dds image in this folder:
Documents/Universe Sandbox/Media

Inside the program, you can then click on a planet (or other body), and on the window which then appears right of the body, you can write the filename of the texture you placed in the Media folder (with file extention), and it will apply it to the body.

I think the better graphics might be because they had a higher number of particles. You can increase the dust multiplier somewhere in the settings menu, which you can access by clicking near the left edge of the window. But remember that increasing it will slow down your simulation.
