Universe SandBox 2's Better Demo!

I just can't stop myself using USandBox2 everyday but i need to left some more time before it expires!

And this is my question, if USandBox2 Demo has limited features then why do they need to put an expiration date?

Think clearly, USandBox2 Premium Edition has all of the features while its Demo has limited one so why do they  need a expiration date? 

Just want to ask why!

Its Demo is actually a premium version that lasts for 60 minutes before converting to the free version. Unlike other games/simulations, it has a trial in which you can do anything that you can do in the full version, but it lasts for only 60 minutes.
