You need ActivePerl to run it.

When it's installed, open the Command Prompt and navigate to the place where you downloaded it.

To navigate, use "cd yourdirectory" to move through directories to get to the place where you downloaded it.

Then type "perl thenameofthefile.pl" to run it.

or download activePerl.

The just type "perl filelocation"

I read the code to use it without ActivePerl.  :P
