In US3 will we be able have planet formation, then run the simulation for 10 billion years (if its a yellow main sequence star), watch the star expand and destroy the inner planets, and then have the material from the star form a new solar system once the material has formed into an accretion disk?

Yes and no.

Yes we will be able to simulate planet formation and run the simulation for ~10 billion years (assuming it's a G class yellow main sequence star), watch it balloon into a red giant and destroy the inner planets, and watch it evolve into a white dwarf.

For watching the material from the G class main sequence star form a new solar system, that is a no because planetary nebulae don't do that. No idea about from a supernova though.

Still, who knows what emergent behavior might crop up.
