If you don't want to register on Twitter, you can use Google Reader or another feed reader (I think).
For some reason, Google Reader doesn't recognize Universe Sandbox Twitter even though I'm following Notch Twitter and someone making another game perfectly fine. I think I'll just have to wait, if it's a new account.

Sorry about the double post. I just found out that you have to use a different link than the default to follow Universe Sandbox's Twitter from Google Reader. Use this:
http://twitter.com/UniverseSandbox
(Instead of http://twitter.com/#!/UniverseSandbox)
