Unnamed Planet Search
« on: March 31, 2011, 07:39:02 AM »
1. Use GRAS telescopes
2. Stare at the area around HIP 15550 (we'll let the telescope do that)
3. Wait 20 days
4. Analyze data with AIP4WIN
5. Record findings
6. Publish paper
7. Profit!!!

The Arizona Backyard Planet Transit Search is in business.

Here we come ABPTS-1b...

Status: No GRAS membership (yet)

Information

Search Area: Near the celestial north pole
List of stars: None.
CCD: Possibly Imaging Source IS-1CU http://www.optcorp.com/product.aspx?pid=319-320-1116-10633
Photometry Software: Maybe AIP4WIN http://www.willbell.com/aip4win/AIP.htm

Anyone want to donate for a good cause? (No I'm serious... does anyone want to give me money to start this project)

田中 in Japanese (Tanaka, たなか) is 田中 in New Japanese (Tanka, たんか)

Conjugations are different too.

I know the Creeper language. It's a series of really high pitched (so high pitched you can't actually hear it) long and short "sss"'s (it's actually morse code).

In fact, I just made up the idea right now!
