Retrieving product key

okay so im hoping to do a factory reset on my laptop, but I am unsure whether i'll be able to get Universe Sandbox back... Please Help.

Do you still have the premium product key you received in your email after you purchased?

If not, let me know what email address you used when you purchased and I can send it to you again.

After you perform the factory reset, just download Universe Sandbox again (from this website), and then reenter your key.

Tip: Stick the email into a folder in your email.

It's how I never accidentally delete emails I want to keep.

Or use Gmail and never delete anything (just archive it). You can then always find the email by searching for 'Universe Sandbox key'.
