Expedition 8: 22 gold. 9 diamonds. 15 lapis lazuli. About 100 iron. Even more coal. And 50 moss stone.
And getting down some stone with lava lurking behind an angle making it impossible to see. Suddenly I just heard a SSSS, was suddenly submerged in a orangeish liquid and got roasted. Hmm.

Something noticeable about this expedition was the INSANE ZOMBIE NOISES EVERYWHERE, CONSTANTLY... There was a zombie dungeon I found after some time, but then I also explored a small corridor below the area around it. Two water source blocks leading towards each other. 6 or 7 zombies trying to fight the current at me!

Also, Darvince has built an ice rink on an island near Spawntown, and I have built a bath building. It's very small, though, but it doesn't really have a gameplay function anyways, so I guess that's fair.

Fine, I'll move it 4 blocks into the snow biome.

Bla, you can conserve gold because you only need a booster every 40 blocks.

Yes, need. But what would the point of an underground minecart system be if it were much faster to walk? :P

Edit: Map with Quontex's recent expedition.

Edit 2: I present to you Novascotchara (by SuperNova) and Quonbla (where Quontex went on expedition). Do you accept the borders? :)

Edit 3: SuperNova talked about making a wiki for Blacraft, and I think it'd be a great idea to have wiki pages for Blacraft. However, I prefer to have one wiki, which I use as a homepage for everything I make (I don't meant to say I made everything in Blacraft, but that I "founded" Blacraft). So, what would you think about Blacraft being an area on a planet called "Ziva", which is an earth-like planet orbiting Pola, the capital star of The Blaxian Space State? The Blacraft main page will then be below the page for Ziva, but I can also link directly to it from the main wiki site.
Edit 4: Thinking more about this, I don't think it fits Ziva. The biomes are far too varied for an area on such a planet, it wouldn't make any sense. So either it should be another planet, or the Blacraft part should be a directory under the main site of the wiki, or it should be a completely seperate wiki. Hmm?

According to the minecraftwiki, the maximum speed is retained for 41 blocks with one booster track after there are a first ten solid ones.

Wow, I hadn't checked it. I should had done that. Well, now we have a lot more rails. I should go mine the rails so we have one every 25 meters.
See this table.
However, it only works for occupied minecarts. They probably won't have max speed if there's no player in them. Maybe every 10 meters?

Yes, i accept those borders. looks awesome  8)

About the wiki. i still think it should be a separate wiki, cause the wiki is gonna hold alot.
if it comes it the Bla wiki it would be more of a ''minor'' thing.

a separate wiki can be a major succes!

The wikis have "unlimited" space, so it could be just as big in the Bla Wiki?

*sigh*

It will be a wiki if you want to be SPECIFIC for only Blacraft and it will have better navigation since there are only Blacraft articles on it.

I know. But the navigation system on my wiki should make it easy to navigate to/from any level, plus I could just link to it from the main page (which it'd probably be a sub-page to).

Yes the bath does serve a function because of the half-steps to get in, which makes it so you can infinitely jump while standing on the edge of the bath on the half-steps.

That's not a gameplay function, that's a bug exploitation. :P

Hamachi hates me, but you can try connecting to the server. Hamachi keeps telling me it has lost connection to the engine, even after I restarted my com. I may have to reinstall it soon or something.

Don't explore past areas already generated! Notch disabled clay generation in the 1.6 update!

I had actually thought that, but it seemed too ridiculous. I remember going into newly generated land, looking for clay, but not finding any, despite finding plenty of beaches and also some desert areas.
Thanks for informing us, Darvince.

Yes, I have a 50MB world generated in 1.6 and when I mapped it, these were the results for biome blocks:

Sand: 2203000
Sandstone: 917799
Snow Block: 0
Gravel: 5087630
Clay: 0

What do you mean? I usually find tons of clay even after the 1.6 update.

EDIT: I figured it out that clay only forms in the position where x and y are the same after 1.6 update. It also says that on the wiki...

Also in lands generated after the update?
I think this shows pretty conclusively that clay is not generated after 1.6:

Sand: 2203000
Sandstone: 917799
Snow Block: 0
Gravel: 5087630
Clay: 0

But maybe I should search the wiki, if it's true, they must have something about it.

Yes:
Quote from: Minecraft Wiki
As of beta 1.6, in newly generated chunks clay blocks are nearly nonexistent. To be specific, clay only generates when the x and z coordinates are the same, severely limiting the amount of clay on the map.

I think Notch is going to fix that in the 1.7 update. He spoke in Swedish pirate language-ish fixing a bug on clay.
