Also I put my Blanoxious Journal in Spawntown Library, which now has a chest for public books and a chest next to it with originals, so people can take the public books if they want to. It's adviced for people to copy the books if there's only one left and leave a copy back.

I had some ideas to claim the area around it and build some scenic (flower) farms near the road I made. Would you mind that or would you prefer being able to expand your area? (Seeing as the area you request is very small compared to what most people claim)

By the way, there is a large road going through the area you marked that's not shown on that map, just so you're aware.

I've expanded my claim to include the peninsula, south.
I'd be okay with flowers to the east.

How about we make a region that we both own, that would be inside the yellow area I marked below, with 4 municipalities - The one labeled 1 would be "yours" and I wouldn't build there without your permission, the rest we can both build in as we like (or if we start something we can agree to that first).

You can name 1 and 2 if you want (I think the three you drew are a bit too small to make municipalities, consider how much of the area which will be taken up by the borders and text - I think it's best to make them a bit bigger if that's ok). I'd like to call a place around there New Alandusia, possibly the forest, because we had an old region called Alandusia long ago that was disbanded. :P (or maybe we could call the entire region that, or something else, depending on what you want it to be called).

The region would be a part of the UBSR, which means these very important laws must be followed:

Could we keep 4 meters above the road clear from obstacles like trees/leaves? So that they don't interfere too much with riding horses on it.
