I don't think it's worth bothering installing a plugin just for converting netherrack to netherbricks. Netherrack is also extremely easy to get, so I think it would make netherbricks too easy to get. Find a stronghold and mine it.

As for people joining, I doubt they'll take items from Desertopia. But the whole point of the Yukidar treaty is that we share out items, so if they take from you, you can also take from them, or from me. It's common ownership. Eventually the plan is to make everything commonly owned with mechanisms which only prevent abuse, but don't disturb use.
If you don't want people to take your items, you can leave the Yukidar treaty, but then you can't take our items either.

Ok. But wouldn't it make more sense to name the region just Henninovl or something? I mean, it's a region, and it is nowhere near covered in buildings. A municipality could be called Henninovl Town/City where the settlement is, that would make sense, but I think it's a bit excessive to name the entire region something City.

My point is, it's not a city as it is now.

Regions can change names.

I also suggest that we try to keep Earthly countries etc. out of Blacraft as much as possible, because it's a fictional planet/universe detached from Earth.

If not, I imagine it would be difficult to traverse pre-fortress potential terrain into freshly generated terrain. Unless the Nether was wiped?
