I can't find wolves after 0.23462346623874237856967357892789573489 seconds. This is a terrible bug that needs to be fixed now.

I can't find wolves after a few minutes. I even look in mountains and forests, but there are none. I even have it set to Easy.

I've found plenty of brown sheep since 1.4... Maybe one other color as well?
Anyways, I've painted plenty of sheep, and have now finished my 16x16 Blalandish flag.

There's brown, pink, black, gray, dark gray, and white sheep naturally.

Also, there's going to be birch saplings in the (1.5?) update.

Wolves get wet in the rain. Crops will get watered. Anything else it should affect?
I'm not making it solidify lava, as that would ruin all surface lava structures when the first rain hits. But it does put out fires.
Higher odds of catching fish while raining.. Good one.

I'll try making it fill small holes with water, but it might be annoying.. brb
@TheFedora You can't see sun/moon/stars while it's raining, and days are one level darker.
I'm getting so carried away with this weather.. Adding thunder now.

I tried that, but when I threw a Pokeball with a giant (yes, I used the Single Player Commands to spawn one) and it started attacking me (but I had my damage disabled).

Have you tried it on normal aggressive mobs? I haven't tried the mob, but maybe it doesn't work with giants/modded mobs.
