And 1.8 just keeps getting worse and worse....

First they made it so villagers no longer breed without player intervention (have to trade with them to get them to breed)

Now iron golems and zombie pigmen no longer drop iron/gold unless they are killed by a player. All iron golem farms will have to be switched to one where the player kills them and even then they will need switches that turn them off before too many spawn and the game lags a ton.

FTB would be a one-way trip and if they first stop updating it the world would be doomed. That's why I don't like depending on mods.

I didn't really like the amounts of iron that you could get from the iron farms, but now that I just built a farm, it feels a bit ridiculous to see them planning to remove the feature a few weeks after the project got completed.
A positive side could be that the wiki says they have a much greater spawn rate, meaning you could kill off more, even if you have to finish them off manually.

Yeah, and if the host screws up the update (which happened to the temp FTB server), then the server gets reset.

We can adapt to the change to iron golems by damaging them as close to death as possible (which already happens I think) first and then killing them. I guess we might be tempted to make anti-afk machines or something.

I have read a bit about it.
The issue here is whether Fiah thinks gas chambers for killing an ethnicity, fictive or not, is decent or not, because from how he worded his posts, I got the impression that he thinks that. There is a difference between saying gas chambers for that are decent and making up genocides in the history of a fictive nation that doesn't have to represent your views.

I think any person who calls itself fascist and begins to speak of gas chambers and starts calling things decent should seriously watch their wording so as not to convey the wrong things.
And should consider some other subjects to make jokes of because after what has happened in history those kind of jokes are pretty lame now.

That is just my opinion.
