@deoxy: The issue is that the fusion plants give the same amount of energy as solar plants, which is unusual unless you claim an astro (celestial object) in the first orbit ring.

But eventually it will cost hundreds of credits to build a level 11 Solar plant, and only like 30 to build a fusion plant.
