Random Solar System tool?

Hello, Im new here and new to US2, but was the Random Solar System tool removed? I was trying to find something to make a random solar system with and the tool (from 2014 in Alpha 12) popped up on google, so I decided to pick up the game but can't find it anywhere since the UI is so different now?

Can someone help me find it?

As Austritistanian suggested, Click on Open, then scroll to Systems, then select Random Solar System. See the attachment.
