making a planet spin on side

I was just wondering if it was posible to make a planet spin on an axis like Uranus, which rotates at a 97.77 degree angle. If not would it ever be implemented?

It appears that I asked this without checking first, apparently just need to change Dynamic Properties accordingly, will take any other answers on how to do it though.

You can also rotate a planet using the Rotation tool:

- Select the planet.
- Click on the Hand Tool.
- Switch to the rotation mode (the little arrows under the planet)
- Drag the rotation rings to rotate the planet.
