Remember that any spare points from weapon selection can be used to build up skills. Skill list, add in skills as 'skillname III' of there are three points in that skill, 'skillname I' if there is only one point, ect.

People aren't using skills correctly, read the doc to see what skills are.
Remember that the background section will never have any affect in game.
