planet temperature issues?
« on: March 20, 2017, 10:09:44 AM »
the temperatures of planets seem to be a little off sometimes. for example, in the proxima b sim, the planet is extremely cold (effective temp about -100 celsius) despite being near the inner edge of its habitable zone. i've also made my own sim where my watery planets keep freezing over for no apparent reason. even with high albedo, it doesn't seem like the planets should be this cold. is there some factor i'm missing?

the planets also tend to revert to extreme temperatures when i save and reload the sim, even after getting them to stabilize
