Is there something that passes for a manual?

Yes, silly question number 3.

I'm wondering if there is something that passes as a manual for Universe Sandbox2.  I keep coming up with more questions and I'd like to be able to look up the answers before just asking questions.  My latest functionality question is:

Is there a way to set up certain parameters to be output to a file?  I like to set up simulations that run for quite a while (my most recent one has been running almost 36 hours now) and it would be nice to be able to set up a list of parameters to output for later plotting.  As an example of what I'd like to do is output yearly (simulation time) perihelion, aphelion, eccentricity, and orbital tilt for a set of simulated bodies.  I could then go back in at a later time and explore how the changes are linked.
