This isn't exactly PRISM-related (...probably) but still sounds like an important internet safety issue. The "Heartbleed bug" means that it's officially recommended to change password on Google, Facebook, Dropbox and many other places, because there was a hole in the OpenSSL encryption.

Many sites have already patched it, so it would be a good idea to change it on those sites. The lists of sites I linked to show whether sites have patched it or not.
