It doesn't seem to place Zagadka in the right place... or anywhere at all!

The L1 property needs two bodies, not just one.

Like this:
<Action>L1=Earth, Moon</Action>

Zagadka still doesn't show up on timestep of 7 seconds.

That's because you renamed Jupiter to Lucifer.
