Okay, I need help with getting City lights to appear on planets.

So how do I make city lights to appear?

Like, what are the conditions that I need?

EDIT: Also, every time I save a system, and I come back to the system, My planets are frozen.

It's totally random at this point... I expect we'll eventually add edible functionality for this, but we don't have a timetable.

Saving isn't 100% accurate yet, it mainly just saves the position, name, and important details of the body itself such as size and rotational period.
