[FIXED] Lightning and shading is broken, no clouds

I've resized game window to non-standard resolution and somehow lightning along with shadows got broken.

Also clouds are not showing up for me... no matter what I do, what I switch, they never EVER show up.

ya the devs should just do something about the clouds already. Too many people are complaining

Please check again. These are fixed in 15.9b.
