OK new rules
weekly times for turns
Sunday and Saturday everyone has a 6 hour turn delay
Monday through Friday you have 8 hours turn delay
but every day at from the moment the sun goes down to the moment the sun goes up is the turn delay

ok so weekdays 8 hours for school kids
6 hours on weekends so 1/4 of the day
but the last 12 hours every night is the 12 hour delay

Take out the 12 hour turn delay, because it makes it sound better.
