I took a look at the logs and the issue is that your graphics card doesn't support shader model 3.0. We need at least that to be able to load the code that generates the visuals for the game. Unfortunately, this isn't something we're going to be able to fix on our end.
The solution would be to upgrade the graphics hardware in the computer, though it's possible if the motherboard is from the same era, it might not be able to support a newer graphics card, as the interfaces have changed since then.
