What activities and lessons would you like to see in an upcoming version of Universe Sandbox 2?

The latest version includes short tutorials on creating rings and using the light pulse button. What else would you like to see?

Can you expand on what you mean by this? It's not totally clear to me. What are you wanting to do?

Since you can't exactly make planet formation well (it would take forever or a supercomputer to do this maybe) moon formation can work.

Have a tutorial (i think this is what you mean) about placing objects in a disk (Dione to Rhea size or something) and watching them make moons.

This is a good idea. I'll make this one.

Does anyone else have any ideas?

Placing new galaxies in the Milky Way and Andromeda collision sim or an empty scene.

Is it possible to adjust the time-setting in the "Our solar system" simulation to given dates (Including "now"), enabling you to view the position of the planets in relation to each other for that specific date?

If it is possible, I am afraid I am unsure how to do it.

Furthermore, in the simulations with Day/Month/Year timestamps, are the planets and eventual moons positioned as they were, is and/or would be for the moment the time stamp points at?

wait, this is impossible.
moon from scratch (dust) update isn't yet made.

Not from dust, but from bigger objects ( sometime after initial accretion phase) it´s possible.

Bellow some images of moons accretion around Earth:

Begin:

.
After some time:

.
And finally

.
Attach is the file of the simulation.

I want this.

I think one way to do this(Maybe I don't know...Dan would need to explain) is to have the data of the Sol System's locations and there can be a option or a menu to open a "Real Time" Sol System. It would fetch the necessary data from a server or something.
